Forum inline editing line breaks lost when switching to advanced

      As reported by timhunt in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=386471#p1557761 when using forum inline editing:

      when you switch from inline to Advanced, all the line-breaks in your message are lost. They should be converted to paragraphs.
