      Description

Sometimes the column in forum overview can look weird, one column is aligned differently than the others.

      To reproduce:

E.g. in https://qa.moodle.net/mod/forum/view.php?id=20 change the Forum topic to an insanely long 'Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam erat, sed diam voluptua. At vero eos et accusam et justo duo dolores et ea rebum. Stet clita kasd gubergren, no sea takimata' and then shrink the browser window.
It becomes now obvious, that the content of the last post column table cells are top aligned when all other are middle aligned.
