"Re" duplicated in subject line

        1. Confirm that the subject of the reply is in the format Re: [discussion name]

      6. Press "Submit"
        1. Confirm that the subject doesn't have any extra "{{Re: }}" prepended

      It appears that something is causing the "re" part of the subject to be added one each reply. This is a regression from 3.7.
