      Description

      This has surfaced before:

      MDL-15529

The current default when editing an event that belongs to a series is to edit the whole series.

IMHO this behaviour is a problematic default because:

      • One usually edits a single event, and rarely a series of them.
      • It is not the expected for new users which are not prone to click on "See more..."
      • In the case that one mistakenly accepts this default (trying to only edit an instance of the event), then one must "undo" the change to the whole event series. Given that there is no undo feature in calendar, this could lead to data loss. The opposite default, when used in error (trying to edit the whole series), can be solved just by repeating the edition with the proper setting.
