Calendar event form setting the wrong default event type

      Make sure you have at least one course, with a user enrolled as a teacher.

      1. Log in as the teacher and go to Calendar.
      2. Click New event button.
      3. Make sure the Type of event is set to user.
      4. Close the modal and go back to month view.
      5. Select a course in the Detailed month view for
      6. Click on New event button.
      7. Make sure the Type of event is set to course

      Description

      I have noticed while peer reviewing MDL-63291 the event form modal is setting the event type to course when browsing the calendar in site context, it should only set the default to course if you are in a course calendar.
