MOODLE_37_STABLE
I have several courses for which course notes have been replaced by wikis, in one case as large as 370 pages. The wikis receive continual updates as the notes are maintained, but the "Recent Activity" block at right of the course pages simply shows "Updated wiki pages:" and then a long list of dates and times with the phrase "Course Wiki" (the name of the wiki), rather than the page title, which is much more important in a course that has one main wiki.
A better approach would be to display the wiki name, followed by a delimiter (": " or " - "), then the title of the updated page. This would accommodate both users/courses with multiple wikis or a single wiki in a course. (Bonus points for optionally omitting the wiki name!).
To test, create a wiki, then create a couple of pages, then go to the course main page and examine the "Recent Activity" block.
