HTML tags in English strings are not shown on Language customisation page

      1. Login as admin
      2. Navigate to Site Administration -> Language -> Language packs
      3. Install the French language pack
      4. Navigate to Site Administration -> Language -> Language customisation
      5. Select the French (Français) language pack and open the language pack for editing
      6. Choose the admin.php file and enter "agedigitalconsentverification_desc" in the "String identifier" field, and then click on the "Show strings" button.
      7. Verify that the text you see on the "Standard text" column (both the French and the English translations) contains a "<a>" html tag and the text is not displayed as a clickable link.
