Activity completion report - clicking initial should reset page number

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a medium size test course (Admin > Development > Make test course)
      3. Edit course settings for that course:
        • Set completion tracking to true
      4. Save
      5. Edit one of the activities and set completion to "Students can manually complete the activity"
      6. From the course Actions menu press More...
      7. Navigate to Course administration > Reports > Activity completion
      8. Press the Next link on the paging bar to go to the second page
      9. Press the letter "A" in the First name initials bar (If there are not several pages of results, try another letter until you find a letter that has several pages of results)
      10. Confirm you are viewing only the users whose first name begins with "A", and the "start" URL parameter is no longer present
      11. Confirm page 1 is selected.
      12. Confirm that you can move to the next page of results for that letter using either the page number or the next link.

      Description

      If

      • the "Activity Completion" report has multiple pages
      • a page, other than the first one, is selected
      • a filter by name / surname is applied

      the result will be empty because the url is wrongly built (contains the "start=" parameter used in the previous request)
