Include site name and link in contact request notifications

Configure site outgoing mail (e.g. Mailhog or Mailcatcher) Create two users Login as the first user Open the messaging drawer Search for, and click on, the second user Press "..." and "Add to contacts" Confirm you do want to add the contact Open Mailhog/Mailcatcher on a new browser session. Confirm that the subject of the email notification is "<SITENAME>: Contact request from <USER>" Confirm the email content contains a link to respond to the contact request Click on the link Log in to the site as the second user. Confirm that you are brought to a page where you can respond to the contact request.
