Embedded media are broken for 'Login as' functionality

      1. create a course
      2. edit any section (not course description) and insert youtube video - insert smth like

      1. Make sure video is displayed and plays as expected for admin
      2. Login as any student in that course using 'Login as' feature. Go to course page
      3. Video is NOT showing at all

      After recent security patch https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-63786 certain functions are not behaving as they used to. For example embedded video is not showing when using 'Login As' feature
