Note: For 36, test this on Clean as well.

      1. Log in as an editing teacher in a course.
      2. Create an assignment with a date set for "Due date" and "Remind me to grade by" within the next seven days.
      3. On another browser session (e.g. incognito window), log in as a student and go to your dashboard.
      4. Check the timeline block.
      5. If necessary, adjust the filter of the timeline block accordingly so that the "[AssignmentName] is due" event gets listed.
      6. Confirm that an item count is not being displayed after the "Add submission" link.
      7. Click on the "Add submission" link and add a submission to the assignment.
      8. Log in as another student and make another submission as well.

When the timeline view was still in block_myoverview, there will be a badge-like number beside the action link of an action event that indicates the number of items that need to be actioned. But this doesn't seem to be the case in block_timeline

      To reproduce

      2. Log in as a student and make a submission to the assignment.
      3. Log in as another student and make a submission as well.
      4. Log in as a teacher and go to your dashboard page.
      5. Adjust the filter of the timeline block accordingly so that the "[AssignmentName] is due to be graded" action event gets listed.
      6. Expected: There should be an item count (2) displayed beside the "Grade" action link.
      7. Actual: The item count is no longer being shown.
