Missing divider in recentlyaccessedcourses block

      1. Enrol into a course and visit it to have it be an item in the 'recently accessed courses' block on the Dashboard.
      2. Disable the 'courselistshortnames' setting and view the dashboard. Observe the 'Recently accessed courses' block: the category only should show in dimmed text and the course full name below it. (i.e. no extraneous | character)
      3. Enable the 'courselistshortnames' setting and view the dashboard. Observe again the 'Recently accessed courses' block: the category and course shortname should show in dimmed text separated by a |, and the course full name below them.

      When 'courselistshortnames' setting is activated in Administration --> Appearance --> courses, there is no divider between the category name and the course short name in recentlyaccessedcourses block.

      Thus the category name and short name are sticked together
