Exporting table data to PDF places entries in wrong columns

      1. Log in as a teacher in a course
      2. Go to the course participants page
      3. Select one or more users.
      4. Under "With selected users... > Download table data as" select "Portable Document Format (.pdf)"
      5. Check the downloaded PDF file.
      6. Confirm that the user fields correctly appear under the correct column.

      Repeat the test for MDL-65142 and make sure that it is still passing.

      To reproduce:

      1. Log in as a teacher in a course
      2. Go to the course participants page
      3. Select one or more users.
      4. Under "With selected users... > Download table data as" select "Portable Document Format (.pdf)"
      5. Check the downloaded PDF file.
      6. Expected: The user fields correctly appear under the correct column.
      7. Actual: The the user fields for the first row are kind of being shifted such that they appear at the first and second column of the next row, which subsequently shifts the field values of other rows to the incorrect columns.
