The following steps are covered by behat: Go to Site Administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories Create a new category "Cat A" Create a new course "Course A" inside category "Cat A" Click on the edit menu of the category "Cat A" Make sure there is no "Recycle bin" option Delete course "Course A" Click on the edit menu of the category "Cat A" Make sure there is "Recycle bin" option Go to Site administration > Plugins > Admin tools > Recycle bin Disable the authohide option Go to Site Administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories Create another category "Cat B" Click on the edit menu of the category "Cat B" Make sure there is "Recycle bin" option Click on the edit menu of the category "Cat A" Click the "Recycle bin" option Empty the recycle bin Go to Site Administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories Click on the edit menu of the category "Cat A" Make sure there is "Recycle bin" option
