Error code: filenotfound - message/message_preferences

      1) As as Administrator, open "Site Administration" > "Users" > "Browse list of users".
      2) Click on user's name to open "User Profile" of the desired user.
      3) On the profile page, open Administration "Preferences".
      4) Open "Message Preferences".
      5) Confirm, the page loads correctly.
      6) Toggle the "Email" preference, by clicking on the "On/Off" button.
      7) Confirm, the "Email" preference has saved correctly by refreshing the browser page.
