Q&A forum allows students to reply to posts they cannot see

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Set the "maxeditingtime" admin setting to 1 minute.
      3. Create a Q&A-type forum
      4. Post a question as a teacher
      5. Log in as a student s1 and reply to the question.
      6. Log in as a student s2 open the question.
      7. Confirm that you can't see the "Reply" link on s1's response.
      8. Reply to the question.
      9. Wait for 1 minute then refresh the page.
      10. Confirm that you can now reply to s1's response.
