Forum discussion subscribe toggle with amd (remove yui)

After recent forum improvements in 3.7 forum there is only one piece of yui code remaining, responsible to toggle subscription of a discussion when viewing that particular discussion. Changes were made with amd to toggle subscription when on discussion list, but this part inside a discussion was not changed. This also removes the subscription_ajax.php file.
