Notification focus is not ARIA compliant

      Test in Boost and Clean/Classic.

      This must be tested with:

      Screen reader Browser
      Jaws Firefox (IE and Edge are NOT supported by JAWS)
      NVDA Firefox
      Chromevox Chrome
      1. Create a Course.
      2. Enrol a Teacher.
      3. Login as Teacher
      4. Go to the Course
      5. Create a Lesson activity in the Course.
        • Set "Progress bar" = Yes 
      6. Add an Essay question in the Lesson.
        • make sure you enter a longer content in the "Page contents" field.
      7. Go back to the Lesson and click on the "Preview" tab.
        • make sure the page does NOT automatically scrolls to the bottom and focuses on the progress bar notification.**
      8. Reload the same page (Lesson > Preview) using JAWS or another screen reader.
        • make sure the screen reader reads the progress bar notification message on page load.

    Description

      In teacher view lesson pages jump to bottom of the page in this cases::

      • page is longer than one screen
      • progress bar is  active.

      This happens only in teacher view, switching to student role elliminates the problem.  The problem is theme independent and happens in Boost and Classic.
