Ensure that travis is passing 100%. With this details:

MySQL PHPUnit is only run for PHP 7.4.

PostgreSQL PHPUnit runs:

38_STABLE: for PHP 7.1 & 7.4.

master: for PHP 7.2 & 7.4.

We now support 7.4 and should run more tests there.

Note this only can be done later in the epic, once we have master passing 100%.

Note this is blocked by a number of linked issues, only when all them have been integrated, we'll be safe to switch to php74 in travis.
