Forum summary report option to message selected users

      1. Log in as admin
      2. create a course
      3. create a forum in the course
      4. create 3 users and enrol them in the course
      5. log in as 2 of the above users and
        1. post something in the forum (create a new discussion)
        2. reply to other user's posts if there is
      6. log in as admin again
      7. go to the forum and from the cog menu, select 'Summary report'
      8. Verify that there a checkbox for each row of the report table
      9. Verify that there is a disabled drop-down menu at the end of the page
      10. Verify that if you select a checkbox the drop-down menu is enabled
      11. Select any 2 of the checkboxes (take note of the users you selected)
      12. Select 'Send a message' from the drop-down menu
      13. Write a message and send it
      14. Log in as each of the users in step 11 and verify you received the message
      15. Log in as the user who was not selected in step 11 and verify they did not receive the message

      We need to add a new column to select users, and a way of messaging those users.

      1. As a teacher, to allow me to message a student who is not interacting regularly, I want to be able to message that student
      2. As a teacher, to allow me to message several students who are not interacting regularly, I want to be able to send a message to multiple users.
      3. When I send a message to multiple users, those users should only see the conversation between that one student and the teacher who initiated the conversation.
