The textarea for Submission comments in an assignment's View all submissions page does not expand horizontally, making comments more difficult to read. It is much easier to read and add comments if you can resize the box to make it wider.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create an assignment in a course
2. Log in as a student and add a submission for that assignment
3. Comment on the submission
4. Log in as an instructor/admin and go to the assignment page
5. Click View all submissions
6. Find the submitted assignment and in the Submission comments column, click Comments to expand the comments view.
7. Drag the bottom right corner of the Submission comments column to expand it. Notice it expands vertically but not horizontally, and that the comment is difficult to read due to the narrow column.
