Social Format Course-Edit Summary Icon leads to 'File Not Found'

Hi,

Found an issue with Social Forum in Editing ON mode.

To replicate:

1. Login as admin/sandbox e.g https://demo.moodle.net

2. Create a course in Social Format, Save & Display

3. Turn Editing ON, so that a 'cog wheel' icon appears above 'Add a new discussion topic' button

4. Click on the icon -> you will be redirected to a page with 'File not found.'
