Cache course image in the course_summary_exporter

      1. Create course 1 and add an image to course summary files.
      2. Create course 2 without any summary files.
      3. Enrol yourself on the courses with any role
      4. Make sure that course images correctly displayed in the My overview block.
      5. Change the course image for course 1 and course 2
      6. Go to the dashboard.
      7. *Confirm *that both courses show the correct course images.
      8. Remove the course image for course 1.
      9. Go back to the dashboard.
      10. *Confirm *that course 1's image now displays a pattern image.

    Description

      On big moodle instances could be very expensive to build a course image every time you'd need it. E.g. on a dashboard of every user when you are using my_overview block. 

      Would be good to have this image cached at some point.
