Originally reported as "MK | core_countries lang string needs updating" based on the report by mitjap in the discussion English name of countries:

"Macedonia, The Former Yugoslav Republic Of" is now officialy "North Macedonia":

While working on the issue, it was realised we should better update the whole list as per the latest ISO 3166-1.
