      Description

      If a teacher sets up the generic completion requires view condition it is not made clear to the student what "view" actually means.

      For a Page resource it's quite obvious, however the book module regards the "view" being completed when the last page is viewed.

      It would be helpful if each module that indicates that it supports the FEATURE_COMPLETION_TRACKS_VIEWS feature to be required to
      provide a language pack string that provides more detail about what the "view" is:

      $string['completion:view'] = 'Require Last Chapter to be viewed.';

      $string['completion:view_desc'] = 'Students must view the last chapter to complete it.';{{}}

      If the module supports FEATURE_COMPLETION_TRACKS_VIEWS and this string is defined, then instead of the generic completion/completionview string ("Require view") this is displayed.

      This would then allow module developers to afford clearer information as to what viewing their module actually entails.
