H5P: Include data required by the Moodle App

      In order to test this please use the attached h5p file

      1. Login as admin
      2. Create a new course C1
      3. In your new course create a new resource of type label
      4. In the label text editor on the Atto toolbar click the H5P button
      5. Upload the attached ipsums.h5p file
      6. Open the H5P option collapsed section
      7. Check "Allow H5P file to be downloaded for mobile app offline use"
      8. Click insert H5P
      9. The dialogue should close and you should see the h5p placeholder
      10. Expand the Atto toolbar clicking the top left arrow down button
      11. Click the HTML button: <>
      12. Verify you see the link to your uploaded H5P file ending with "offline=1"
      13. Switch back to the WYSIWYG view.
      14. Double click the H5P placeholder
      15. Verify the H5P dialogue opens.
      16. Verify that the "Allow H5P file to be downloaded for mobile app offline use" option is still checked

      Description

      For H5P packages uploaded in Moodle, it would be nice to have a setting in Atto to prevent downloading the package in the app.

      If this is implemented, the value of the setting should also be included as a data attribute.
