H5P content not displayed when $CFG->enabletrusttext = no

The new h5p atto button allows users to add H5P content in Atto. When content is added it is added using an <iframe> tag.

In some areas of Moodle user HTML input is cleaned and iframes are removed, for instance, in a forum post. This is done to prevent Users adding harmful scripts or iframes.

When the user uses the h5p atto button it is expect the h5p content is shown
