mod_quiz/completionpass string used twice as label and setting. Could be more specific

      1. Insert a quiz to a Moodle course which has activity completion enabled.
      2. Verify under the 'Activity completion' section of the settings page, if you switch 'Completion tracking' to 'Show activity as complete when conditions are met', that the fourth label says 'Grade requirements'.

      In quiz, when setting conditions for activity completion, a label could be formulated differently for clarity.

      Now, as is, the string "Require passing grade" appears identically twice, it is in fact the same identical string two times.

      In my opinion as left hand side label "Grade requirements" would be more concise. Especially since each setting builds up on the previous one.
