Navigate into a user grade report and make sure there is a list of activities with grades ( Course > Grades > Grade administration > User report)

Switch language to any RTL language (Hebrew, Arabic, Farsi...)

Make sure the "range", "weight", "percentage", "contributiontocoursetotal" columns show percentage mark on the right side of the numbers when in RTL mode, similarly to the why they are displayed when in LTR mode (i.e English UI)

Directionality display of grade percentage on the various gradebook table columns should be LTR in RTL mode.
