      Description

      Was reviewing MDL-64064 when I detected that its template doesn't render ok at all in the templates library. It seems that the example is completely outdated.

      So this is about to raid over all blocks/** templates and make their examples to work.

      Only exception I'm aware are templates performing ajax write calls, everything else should work ok, so far.

      I'm adding this to the MDL-56267 epic.
