As reported by pead in MDLQA-13960 when attempting to install Moodle via CLI in interactive mode:

When you input wrong data in a step e.g. database name it will fail when entering the credentials. After you must do a hard stop with CTRL+Z and you must start from 0. You can not start again to re-enter the database connection data:

Instead, you should be allowed to re-enter the data if you make a mistake.
