List H5P content types and libraries in the H5P Admin UI

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Navigate to Site Administration > H5P > Manage H5P Content Types
      3. Verify you  don't see a list of Libraries below the "Upload H5P content types" section
      4. Upload the attached dialog-cards.h5p file to the "H5P content type" field
      5. Click the "Upload H5P content types" button
      6. Verify you see a list of Libraries added to the table underneath the "Upload H5P Content types"
      7. Upload the attached image-sequencing.h5p file to the "H5P content type" field
      8. Click the "Upload H5P content types" button
      9. Verify the Audio library appears twice: one with the version 1.2.14 and another with 1.4.2
