The analytics cleanup process is not cleaning deleted samples

    Description

      An example of this is that the predictions generated for students who are not enrolled any more remain in the database. In the implementation of the privacy API in analytics we added logic to the analytics API deal with these cases but it only runs when entities are deleted using the privacy API.
