Setup:

Log in as administrator

If not present, add a "Private files" block to the dashboard

Follow the link "Manage private files..." at the bottom of the "Private files" block

Upload "ipsums.h5p" to the private file area form

If the file is recognized the icon shown must be the H5P file icon

For now h5p files is not a known file type for Moodle. If h5p is added to known file types it will help in some scenarios:

Currently, when selecting a local file with ATTO h5p button is not filtering by filetype and the user can select any kind of file (even not h5p compatible)
When an admin uploads a new h5p library version the only filetype specified is Zip. This works because h5p file are compressed in zip format but can be more specific.
