Quiz print version should not split questions over two pages

      Prerequisites:

      • generate a M course with a lot of users using the generator tool
      • Go into the course and create a quiz activity with this params:
        • General -> Name: Quiz Example 
        • Layout -> New Page: Never, all question on one page
      • Add a lot of questions to the quiz (you can import the questions from the export questions-bank-moodle-format.xml)

      Test:

      1. Open Firefox and log in as an admin (using boost theme)
      2. Go to the course page and do a print preview of several pages.  To do a preview in Firefox you have to go to burger menu -> Print (with shortcut it won't show a preview)
      3. The preview should have several pages and all course content must be shown correctly
      4. Go to the course participants page and repeat a print preview. The complete users list must be previewed as expected
      5. Got to the Quiz Example activity and preview the Quiz. Once in the quiz preview, do a print preview. All quiz must be printed as expected and no question should be split over different pages.
      6. Repeat the test with another browser:
        1. Chrome: just go to print (ctrl+P)
        2. IE: print button + show 4 pages
        3. Edge: print button
        4. Safari: print button
      7. Repeat tests on the classic theme.

      Running a QA test for moodle 3.8 (MDLQA-13933) - using the QA site and the demo quiz.

      Printer-friendly display looks fine for CLASSIC but has questions overlapping pages for the BOOST theme.
