      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to a course, ensuring the admin is not enrolled.
      3. Create a forum in the course.
      4. Edit setting and setup Whole forum grading settings (can be anything, does not matter).
      5. Create a forum discussion.
      6. Click Grade users button.
      7. Make sure you don't see the error attached below.

      Description

      MDL-66360 brought back a field (initialUserId) which was deliberately removed. It needs to be removed, as if that first user is not currently enrolled in the course, it won't be found by the grader and will throw an error.
