Discussion list shows subjects in bold

      1. Log in as a teacher or an admin.
      2. In your preferences > forum preferences, turn tracking unread posts on.
      3. Go to a course and turn editing mode on.
      4. Add a new Forum activity.
      5. Add at least four discussion topics.
      6. Pin one discussion.
      7. Star / favourite some discussion.
      8. TEST Check that no discussion topics are displayed bold.

      The following part of the test requires an elementary knowledge of HTML and ability to use the browser's inbuilt code inspector tools.

      1. TEST Use the browser's HTML code inspector tool and confirm that the table row with a discussion has the class "subscribed" if the user has subscribed to that discussion.
      2. Toggle the subscription status, e.g. unsubscribe from a discussion.
      3. TEST Confirm that the CSS class is added / removed respectively the subscription status.

      This was detected while upgrading moodle.org to 3.8 (MDLSITE-5975) and also discussed in internal chat.

      1) All the discussion subjects in discussion list are shown in bold / strong.
      2) It may be helpful to add some extra attributes (classes?) to the discussion rows in the list, so things like pinned, starred, unread... can be used to customize display.
