Grade for submission & assessment column is empty in Hebrew (RTL) language

      Description

      When getting to the Grading evaluation phase after Calculate submission grades and assessment grades in workshop activity. I see clearly the Grade for submission & assessment column in English language UI but not in Hebrew. (didn't check other RTL Languages yet)

      This happens in both clear and boost theme, moodle 3.7.2

      I guess it's a bug

      Hope someone can help and fix this.
