Hi,

cas_form.html file is not there in Moodle 3.7. It was there in previous versions https://github.com/moodle/moodle/tree/MOODLE_35_STABLE/auth/cas, but not in Moodle version 3.7 (https://github.com/moodle/moodle/tree/MOODLE_37_STABLE/auth/cas).

Did this page has removed purposely from later Moodle versions? I tried to find some information related to this in release notes, but I can't find anything.
