Testing Instructions:

Hide

1) Make sure you have at least 1 anti virus installed and able to be configured, even if it doesn't work

2) Visit /admin/settings.php?section=manageantiviruses

3) Enable and disable the plugins

4) Re-order the plugins

5) Visit /report/configlog/index.php

6) Confirm all the changes above were logged
