Steps to verify the final deprecation

Copy the test_generate_uuid_deprecated.php into moodle root directory.

Goto http://moodlesite/test_generate_uuid_deprecated.php

Make sure you see:generate_uuid() returns: Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: generate_uuid() cannot be used anymore. Please use \core\uuid::generate() instead.
