      Description

      There is a todo reporting tool @ /lib/tests/other/todochecker.php.

      Accessible via web and only to admins, basically.

      Main point is that, while working ok, it's old (>10y) and should receive some improvements. I can imagine now right now, feel free to add more:

      • Change links from old CVS to git.
      • Make MDL issues linked
      • CLI execution.
      • Make it useful to get MDL-47779 updated.
