Boost: Wrong colour around some cogs if $card-bg is set

      1. As admin navigate to Site administration > Appearance > Themes > Boost
      2. Open the advanced settings tab and add this to field "Raw initial SCSS"

      $card-bg: red;
      

      1. Switch into any active course with an administrator account
      2. Go into the Participants section
      3. Verify there is no red box behind the settings menu cog

      Steps to recreate:

      • Switch to the boost theme
      • Add this:

        $card-bg: red;
        

        to "Raw initial SCSS" in the boost settings

      • Switch into any active course with an administrator account
      • Go into the Participants section
      • Now theres a red box under the cog icon.
