A default language is requested to be added to the Badge Settings Page in Moodle 3.7

When creating a Badge one needs to select a language, which by default is set to 'Afar.'

My site's default language is set to "English - United States (en_us)" and the Badge page does not respect this setting.

In reference to this, the Moodle docs simply state "A badge version and language may be added, along with information about the author of the image used for the badge," which doesn't clarify if a language must always be selected or if it can be left as Afar without affecting the user view. Having to scroll down to English can take time, especially since there are a few language that begin with "E".
