"Re" duplicated in subject line (again)

      1. Log in as a teacher
      2. Open your user preferences and go to "Forum preferences"
      3. Set "Use experimental nested discussion view" to "Yes"
      4. Save the changes.
      5. Create a forum
      6. Create a discussion in it and view that discussion using the "Display replies in experimental nested form view
      7. Use the in-page reply to reply to the first post
      8. Press "Submit"
        1. Confirm that the subject of the reply is in the format "Re: [discussion name]" (you can change temporarily the view to "Display replies in threaded form")
      9. Use the in-page reply to reply to the reply
      10. Press "Submit"
        1. Confirm that the subject doesn't have any extra "Re:" prepended (you can change temporarily the view to "Display replies in threaded form")

      This issue that was fixed in MDL-65675 seems to have resurfaced again... This seems to happen in the experimental nested view.
