The images from Short Answer question when used in Random short-answer matching questions are broken.

1. Create a course.
2. Turn editing on.
3. Add a Quiz activity.
4. Edit the quiz and add the following questions in order:

question type: Short answer
question text: Don't type anyting. Just add an image and do not put anything on the description.

question2
question type: Short answer
question text: Don't type anyting. Just add an image and do not put anything on the description.

question3
question type: Random short-answer matching
question text: Just enter anything and save.

5. Preview the Random short-answer matching.
Result: You will see that the image is broken and is not displayed.
