Forum inline reply does not use formchangechecker

      1. Login as admin
      2. Open the user menu and select Preferences
      3. Select User Account > Forum preferences
      4. Set Use experimental nested discussion view: Yes and save changes
      5. Create a new course
      6. Click the Announcements forum and add a new topic
      7. Set view mode to Display replies in experimental nested form
      8. Press Reply
      9. Start typing your reply
      10. Press on the link in the breadcrumbs to your new course
      11. Confirm you get a browser dialog stating "This page is asking you to confirm that you want to leave"
      12. Press Stay on page
      13. Press Post
      14. Confirm reply is posted
      15. Repeat steps 8. to 14 with view mode Display replies flat, with oldest first

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to a forum discussion.
      2. Click Reply on a post.
      3. Start typing carefully composed words of wisdom.
      4. Accidentally hit CTRL+W

      Expected result: the familiar pop-up telling you that you have unsaved data. Are you sure you want to navigate away.

      Acutal result: your data is just lost.
