When grading a student with more than a page full of comments and a rubric that also requires scrolling, the notification dialogue cannot be reached.

Testing

1. Create a course
2. Add a standard forum, select Rubric as the grading method
3. Create a rubric with 4 or so criteria.
4. Enrol at least one student
5. Log in as a student and create a single short post.
6. Log in as staff and click grade, note how the rubric scrolls to the bottom
7. Log back in as the student, make several short posts/replies so that when grading, the summary of the student posts requires scrolling to view them all.
8. Log back in as a teacher and click grade. Note how the rubric no longer scrolls beyond the word Notification.
