Make MDL-62835 optional - display description

      Could we make MDL-62835 optional please?

      When setting up a Book activity, have two checkboxes below the Description box as follows:

      [ ] Display description on course page only

      [ ] Display description on course page and each content page of Moodle Book

      Because now, there is no indication for the end user that by clicking "Display description on course page" will also make the description available in every Book page.
