So that I can order content

Acceptance criteria:

• Be able to move a content from the root to a folder.
• Be able to move a content from a folder to another.

List of tasks:

• Implement needed methods or functions.
• Implement UI to move content from one folder to another. In this initial phase we would need menu options to move content and drag&drop won't work.

Please note that in the prototype, only the flow for moving content bank files is simulated. However, the process for moving content bank folders will be the same as moving files.
